bulletA discount of 5% applies where three or more consecutive nights are booked.

 

Restrictions

In the interest of all our guests, Rushbrook Farmhouse is a non-smoking home.   No pets please.

Although disabled persons are welcome, we regret we have no special disabled access or facilities.

We are unable to cater for children under the age of 5.

Deposit

A deposit of £20 or Euro equivalent  per person per night should be paid within 7 days of the booking being accepted.  The balance is payable in cash or cheque with guarantee card.  We suggest that guests make their own insurance arrangements to cover for loss due to unforseen cancellation.

Cancellation

If we are notified of cancellation more than 4 weeks before the date booked, the deposit will be refunded less a £10 administration fee.

If we receive notice less than 4 weeks before the date booked, the deposit will be forfeited.

If we receive notice of less than one week then 50% of the total bill will be due.

If we receive notice of less than 24 hours [i.e. after 1400 hours UK time of the day before], then 90% of the total bill will be due.
